As a Promotional Sales Specialist, you will be expected to create a dynamic and memorable experience for consumers by generating strong consumer engagement and using a proactive approach to promoting and selling the product you are representing.
    The Promotional Sales Specialist is expected to have deep knowledge of the product they are representing and the unique ability to invite shoppers in to the experience to create engagement.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities


**Must be 21 years of age
**Must check IDs in accordance with law
**Professional demeanor, speaking ability, and appearance
**Have internet access to consistently check online schedule and emails
**Engage consumers in a professional and memorable manner which creates a positive shopper experience and generates enthusiasm for the product and the event
**Promote the product being featured through education and distribution of product samples in order to generate brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase sales.
**Communicate the primary selling points and encourage the shopper to purchase.
**Study product to develop product knowledge
**Adhere to event scheduled dates and start/end times
**Complete post-event reporting within 24 hours of event
**Report any issues encountered immediately to your primary contact within the agency
